Internet reservations contract: General terms

• The vehicle will be picked up at our offices.
  
  
• Children’s car seats and roof racks are available freeof charge in the case of reservations made over the Internet.
  
  
• There is no charge for picking up or returning the vehicle, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
  
  
• The vehicle will be picked up and returned with the tank full of fuel.
  
  
• Rates include:
   - Taxes: 13% IGIC Tax for the Canary Islands.
   - Free Km.
   - Collision and theft insurance.
   - Additional charges may not apply for an additional driver.
   - There is no extra charge for cancellations.
  
  
• The driver must have a driving licence with a date of issue above three years and valid for the European Territory to rent the vehicle. The minimum rental age is 25.
  
  
• Payment will be made by credit card at the time the vehicle is picked up. If the reservations do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Internet Reservations are made through a secure system.
  
  
• Insurance will not cover:
   - Damages in rims and tyres.
   - Lost or totally or partially broken keys. The charge will be from €30 to €100, depending on the model.
   - Punctures.
   - Third-party damages caused by reckless or careless driving.
  
  
• We offer our clients two hours of delay after the return time. There is an extra charge of an additional renting day for late return of the vehicle.
